Where we work
Arvin and Surrounding Communities
Arvin, Weedpatch, Lamont, Bakersfield, Oildale, Greenacres, Rosedale, Keene, Tehachapi, Frazier Park and Shafter.
Real Estate Agent Arvin takes on deals for buyers, sellers, landlords and renters across the southeast corner of Kern County and beyond. Arvin is home base. From here the work runs to Weedpatch and Lamont, into Bakersfield, Oildale, Greenacres and Rosedale, east up Highway 58 to Keene and Tehachapi, south to Frazier Park off Interstate 5 and north to Shafter. The terrain changes a lot over that ground, from farmland on the valley floor to mountain homes, but the method does not: a firm negotiating position and every deadline tracked.
Farmland and foothills
Valley ground, mountain lots and in-town houses each come with their own due diligence. We plan the contract timeline around what the property needs.
Different buyers, same discipline
A Tehachapi buyer and a Lamont buyer may want different things, but both get the same tracked escrow and straight advice.
One contact throughout
Whatever town your property is in, the agent who answers your first call runs the deal through closing.

How Does the Work Change From Town to Town?
The process does not. A seller in Lamont gets the same closed-sale pricing and tracked escrow as a seller in Arvin. A buyer looking at a mountain lot near Keene gets the same thorough due diligence as one looking at a vineyard on the valley floor. What does change is which sales make fair comparisons, what kind of inspections and records the property calls for and who is likely to buy it. We build those differences into the price and the contract timeline. Bakersfield investors frequently shop the outlying towns too, and an exchange can easily start with a sale in Lamont and end with a purchase in Tehachapi.
