What Should You Have Handy?
Reach the agent at (661) 480-9121 and tell us what you are trying to do: buy, sell, lease or exchange. The property address or general area helps, along with your timeline. If you are already under contract, have the purchase agreement nearby so we can look at the dates together. Rough numbers are fine for everything else.
What Happens When You Call?
We ask the key questions
Your goal, your timeline and any deadline already on the calendar.
We give you a straight read
What the market looks like for your property and where the risks are.
We agree on a next step
Clear and simple, with no pressure to sign anything on the spot.
Before You Pick Up the Phone
What happens if the call goes to voicemail?
Give your name, a callback number and a word on what you need. We return messages promptly.
Can you look at a contract I already signed?
Yes, we can go over the dates and terms with you. If another agent already represents you, we will point you back to them first; we do not step on existing relationships.
Do you do site visits?
Yes. Once we have talked, an in-person look at the property can be arranged during the appointment hours above.
Do you cover towns outside Arvin?
Yes. We work in Weedpatch, Lamont, Bakersfield, Tehachapi, Keene, Frazier Park and other nearby Kern County communities.
Is there any obligation after the first call?
None. If we end up working together, that gets put in a written agreement you read first.
Ready for a Straight Answer?
Tell us what you are planning and when. We will lay out the steps, the dates and where you have room to negotiate.
